Sake My Life
The aroma is not that noticeable. The aroma of rice, which is typical of junmai sake, is not that noticeable. When warmed by hand, it expands.
The taste has a refreshing acidity and soft sweetness from the start. It goes down smoothly, but you can also taste the flavor, so you won't get tired of drinking it.
This sake also has a strong sense of umami, but I realize that umami is a taste sensation that is perceived on a time axis, or rather, as a line. Therefore, I would like to be a little cautious about using the word "umami" too easily. My personal recent thought is that sweetness, sourness, and bitterness are sublimated as umami.
