There was a little bit of Shinkame left. I ordered it for the selfish reason of drinking it by the end of this year.
It has a strong umakuchi taste. The sweetness and flavor of the rice can be felt well as a sake. Still, the overall taste is mellow and clear with a nice sharpness.
It is a good sake that has both a good drinking quality that can be savored slowly and a simplicity that can be matched with meals.
