It is probably the last spring sake. There was already a summer gin of the same brand 😅.
The top clear aroma has a surprisingly berry-like acidity.
When you drink it, it is still sweet. The top-fermented sake tastes sweet, but it also tastes sour, like grapes or pineapple. At 10 degrees alcohol by volume, there is almost no alcohol taste, so it goes well before a meal.
The orikari has a rice and sweet sake taste with some bitterness.
The supernatant is like a fruit juice mix, and the ori is like an amazake with a sour, grape-like taste. Surprisingly, it was not too sweet.
