I was expecting something unique since it was made with Kumano Kodo yeast, but it was surprisingly an ordinary dry sake.
It is light and dry and can be served cold or hot, so it is good as a mealtime sake.
I would have liked a little more character. But I am satisfied because I had an interesting sake.
