It's actually my first time at Machida Shuzo.
The reputation is high and expectations are high 🙌.
When you pour it into a glass, it seems to bubble slightly. It's a slight fizz. The colour is almost transparent. The aroma is clean and not that spectacular.
When you take a sip.
The sweetness spreads, and there is a bit of a firing sensation. You can also taste the umami, and there is a bit of bitterness, but it is not unpleasant.
The sweetness lingers in the mouth. It's delicious😃.
It's 16 degrees, so it's not low in alcohol, but it's so easy to drink that you won't feel it. It's dangerous 😋.
I think this would be better chilled!
