This is a limited edition sake. It is said to be a sake made with a Bodhi yeast.
It has the acidity and gassiness typical of Kaze no Mori, but the sweetness is moderate. It is a light sake and does not leave much of a lingering aftertaste. Perhaps because the alcohol content is low at 11%, the body is weak and the sake lacks punch.

Yagen Nankotsu (grilled fish bones)
Fried chicken
