This time, I chose Koei-Kiku, a brand I had never encountered before (my first time)! This is a brand that I had watched with envy as everyone else drank it at Sakegawa. It is made from 100% Aizan and has an alcohol content of 14%. Opened the bottle at my parents' house. As expected, it was a gorgeous sake, and my parents and I enjoyed it together.
