This is a sake from Koka.
I bought it because it was the first brand I had ever seen and it was a draft sake.
My first impression was that it was similar to the Kikuyu Iyu I had just had, but richer and deeper.
The acidity and flavor balance was better when it was heated, so I will try it warmed.
