カチカチ山
I thought I would try something other than sake for a change, so I went with Hououmida's Umeshu (plum wine).
When drunk without shaking, the sake aroma comes in a flurry, followed by the sourness of the plums and a lingering aftertaste.
After shaking it a little, the freshness of the plums and the firm acidity spread in the mouth, and the sake finishes it off nicely with a lingering aftertaste.
It is delicious and you can drink more and more.
I have not yet had a sake Hououmida, so my expectations for sake Hououmida have increased.
