It's been a long time since I've had a fresh sake. The aroma is sweet. The taste is sweet, and the bitterness is the end. I can't describe it well, but it's delicious. It's easy to drink and you can't help but get excited when you hear the words "nama-sake" or "nama-gara-shu".
