Takatsugu
We opened a bottle of "Matsu no Midori", which was the first time we had received it as a congratulatory gift.
This sake is the only sake used in Omotesenke tea ceremonies and is said to go well with Kyoto cuisine and Kyoto kaiseki. We will enjoy it with oden.
It has a soft sweetness and a clean aftertaste that cuts through easily. When paired with dashi (Japanese soup stock) dishes, the two complement each other's flavors and further enhance the deliciousness of the dish.
It is delicious on its own, but when paired with food, it gives it even more depth. Delicious: ❗️
