Special Junmai.
A slight semedyne smell.
The foaming sensation is more subdued than the white Tenbi and Momoten I drank before.
I don't know what it is, but the foam is fine, or it's a gentle foam.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink ^^;
The taste changes as the carbonation wears off, so I plan to drink it slowly over the course of a week or so (^^)
