The souvenir of my workmate is Sekai Ichito from Wakayama, which I drink for the first time.
It's a junmai ginjo with a milling ratio of 50% and a brand name called "Minakata", which is said to have been borrowed from Minakata Kumagusu.
It has a light ginjo aroma, but it packs a punch from the moment you drink it!
You can feel it in the back of your throat, like you are drinking sake.
There is no miscellaneous flavor, so the aftertaste is clean.
However, as time passes after opening the bottle, it gradually becomes soft to drink.
There are other brands I like in Wakayama, but it's nice to be exposed to a new brand like this.
I don't buy it easily by myself > <
