First of all, I tried Kariho from Akita for the first time.
It was a very dry and easy to drink drink drink with a moderate sweetness and a crisp finish. 🙆♂️
I like the feeling of drinking from this Ozeki Masu and glass, which gives it the feel of a popular izakaya (Japanese-style pub).
