＜Refreshing, gentle citrus.
This time it is a liqueur. Kabosu juice is added to the base of Kikumasamune's sake.
The color is slightly whitish.
The aroma is a gentle citrusy scent of sudachi (a citrus fruit). To be honest, I don't really know the difference between yuzu, sudachi, and kabosu.
In the mouth, there is a refreshing sourness of sudachi, followed by a gentle sweetness of sugar. Then, the sweetness of the sugar comes in. Finally, there is a slight citrus bitterness. The aftertaste disappears nicely and is refreshing.
Yum! This is so easy to drink.
The acidity is mild and not stimulating, and the sweetness is natural and gentle. The bitterness is not unpleasant at all, and is a nice accent.
The 10% alcohol content also makes it easy to drink, and it was gone in no time at all.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Valentina from "Red Pig. She is one of Fio's four sisters and is the fourth to greet Porco, dressed in light blue. Refreshingly cute!
