Seiichi
Today I opened a junmai type arabashiri.
It has a fresh and invigorating aroma with a slightly thick mouthfeel similar to Junmai Ginjo (of course, lol).
The fruity flavor was there, but the acidity and sharpness seemed to stand out here.
The flavor of the rice becomes richer as it gets warmer, so I enjoy it slowly and savor it.
