It was a sudden business trip to Nagano.
It was so sudden that I was able to stay at a cancelled hotel within the company's budget. It is expensive because of summer vacation 😔.
Today we drank at the hotel.
I bought 2 bottles of 300ml because I would fall asleep at the end if I drank only one bottle of Yongo 😊.
One of them is here. It is a limited edition sake made by Sake Sengano, known for Genshu Mai, in cooperation with Nagano station staff. I'm excited!
It does not have the sweetness expected from Hitogokochi, but has acidity. It is not strong by any means and is easy to drink, perfect for a hot summer day. It was delicious 😋.
