yuzu
Aizan by W (Dove), which became my favorite at first shot.
They also had Hidamori, but it was only available in one bottle and I had to give it up due to the availability of the sake cellar...
I don't know much about it, but I like the sweetness and the richness of the rice that is typical of Aizan. It seems to be softer on the palate than Yamada Nishiki. Elegant.
It goes well with a wine glass or a champagne glass.
However, the alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is quite strong. The smell of alcohol seems to be less, but you can feel the alcohol coming in, so even if you are a strong sake drinker, it would be better to taste it slowly with a meal.
