Tsuyama souvenir Tsuyama Yoi. Of the two bottles, Tago Honke Sake Brewery of Kamo Goyo chose the special junmai Omachi and Namba Sake Brewery of Sakushu Musashi the junmai ginjyo Yamadanishiki. For snacks, we are well prepared with hormone udon noodles and dried meat from Tsuyama souvenirs, and Bizen ware bought in Ibe for the sake cups.
I think it is a light, refreshing dry sake. I thought it would have a strange taste, but it turned out to be slightly sweet.
Since we are starting with hormone udon, I am not sure if this light and refreshing taste goes well with beef, but we will grill some dried meat later, so we will see how it reacts.
However, the dried meat, yomenakase, and sozuri nabe I had in Tsuyama, which I just ate at a bar in the area, were very tasty, and I felt the level of meat was very high.
I was also satisfied because I was able to fulfill my mission of singing B'z at a snack bar in Tsuyama.
Postscript
I have no idea what to expect, but I have the impression that the special junmai omachi sake goes well with meat, while this one is a slightly crispy sake that neutralizes the oil from the meat and makes it go down smoothly. And it goes well with many cups.
