やん
This is my first Kikusen.
It's a sake made by Nishida Shuzo of Tasake.
It is a ginjo-shu.
It has a very sweet ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean and crisp.
It is suitable as a food sake.
Well, it is neither good nor bad.
It's not too bad, not too bad at all.
I wonder if it would have been better if it were heated since it was alsobeerated.
I finished it before trying it.
