During a business trip to Suzuka
I went to the Hayakawa Sake Brewery of "Tamitsu", which I was looking for, but to my surprise, I saw a sign saying that they do not sell directly😅...
I convinced myself that they must be taking good care of their dealers 😁....
Just as I was about to go home, I found "Suzuka Federation" at a roadside station.
The cheapness of the label gives me a sense of nostalgia after a week and a half 👌.
I opened the bottle two days later.
A little spicy, with a rice flavor typical of junmai sake. No fruity flavor, more of a Han dynasty sake 😊.
This is delicious 🕺.
It's good to go for the sake you're looking for, but it's also fun to have a chance encounter like this 🕺.
