Hamae Sakuragawa Junmai Ginjo] Local Sake in Yamagata
It was the first sake I ever drank, and it made me realize that sake is delicious.
In the mouth, the crisp acidity and the sweetness and umami of the rice spread.
It is a sweet sake, but it is refreshing.
There are only a few shops where you can buy it even in Yamagata Prefecture, and I've never seen it sold in Tokyo. Thank you to my junior who bought it for me🙏.
