ひえだのYesterday, when I went to Utsunomiya where I lived before because of an errand, I bought it at a certain store. It seemed to be able to buy many bottles, but here is only one. The color of the water is just a little yellow. The aroma is gorgeous and it seems to be a yeast No.6. It has a green apple feeling like Shinsei. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little gas and a little woodiness from the wooden bucket brewing. There is an orange-like acidity, but the flavor of the rice also spreads softly and moistly. Is it the improved Shinko that makes this so? The aftertaste is refreshing, and it goes down easy. I think I like this one the best out of all the Colors I've had. (I haven't had the Ecru yet, but I have another bottle in the fridge...) I'll buy it as soon as I find it. (I haven't had the Ecru yet, but I have a bottle in the fridge...) I'll buy it as soon as I find it. I've tried a lot of different sakes, but I've been reminded that there are a lot of good sakes that are easy to find. Now, I'm looking forward to seeing how much I can drink at the Shinsei Namahage festival this weekend.

ジェイ&ノビィHi Hiedano, hello! I bought mine yesterday AM at the MKT liquor store in Utsunomiya 😊. Was it a near miss by any chance? I almost missed it, but I was lucky 🤞.

ひえだのJay & Nobby, hello! Oh, I didn't think so! I was there around 4pm, so it was a shame...! Actually, it was my first time there, but I was surprised to see that it was rather common! I want to go again!
