冷は常温We have unfiltered nama-shu and fire-aged nama-shu. The raw sake is rough and the fire-aged sake has a great aroma. When it was first introduced to me at the bar, I thought, "What the heck is this? I thought "What is this?" when it was first introduced at a bar, but I wanted to drink it the next day.
