A bottle I bought at Nara Park Bus Terminal.
It looks a little yellow due to the light bulb. ⁉️ Viscosity is a little strong (alc15).
As soon as the bottle is opened, the fruity aroma spreads and gives a strong first impression.
It has a characteristic taste with a strong acidity and umami from the open attack. It has a sharp but slightly sweet aftertaste.
