Today was such a busy day, so busy opening the bottle...
It took me a whopping 15 minutes ⏰.
It was automatic stirring! The aroma is like sweet sake. And the mouthfeel was ummmm ‼️ my favorite cloudy and shuwa🫧 I love it 😋 The sweetness of the rice was great.
I hope takeshon will run it again next year 😁.
