When I opened the bottle, the lid blew off and it hurt my hand.
The sweetness is clean and smooth on the tongue. It has a light sourness like cherries and a pleasant sharpness from the gas and bitterness. The aroma is more subdued than the previous purchase (22.5), and the bitterness is also present, giving a rough impression overall. However, I still get the same feeling that the other elements are designed for the enjoyment of sweetness. I feel like I am walking in a museum. I have never been to a museum.
I can't think of a specific dish to pair it with, but I'd like to pair it with a slightly salty dish made with beef, butter, and cheese.
