This time I bought a bottle of Kinmon-Nishiki Unfiltered Nama ✨.
Yamazan is back for a second year, how does it taste? ⁉️
Fruity aroma 🥰.
Soft sweetness and gentle acidity, followed by spiciness and bitterness.
Not too sweet, good on its own or as a food sake😍.
Yamasan is so good I bought some at my favorite liquor store today 😆.
