For me, a resident of Hokkaido, the temperature is like early summer, so I drink it like early summer (laugh).
As the label says, it was chilled to 10 degrees Celsius (hanakairo).
It has a fruity aroma with the petitiveness and tingling of nama-zake.
The sweetness and umami of the rice.
Slightly amazake-like.
It is true that it is a little insufficient with sashimi.
With chicken and pork, it's just right.
