森田淳也The aroma of honey and a hint of alcohol tickles the nostrils. The sweetness of honey, the deliciousness of rice, the bitterness of grapefruit, the sourness, and the Niida-like sweetness come together to create a rich honey finish. As it heats up, the alcohol flavor becomes stronger and the honey aroma is less pronounced. Instead, you can smell the freshly cooked rice. It tastes of freshly cooked rice, soft honey, and a strong sour taste. It smelled great in the lukewarm temperature range, so I may have raised it too high. I would like to try it lukewarm next time.
