Jungin Prism by Haneya. I bought this bottle on a trip to Toyama and have fond memories of it.
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so it is juicy and full of flavor, but not too sweet and delicious, and has a smooth aftertaste so you can drink it for a long time 🤤.
