kawa1sanMy first Shinshu Kamerei. I found it at Izakayasanzan in Matsumoto and ordered it immediately. It is wonderfully delicious. It goes well with horse sashimi. It was so good that I stopped by Ueda on my way home from a trip and bought it at the brewery. The freshness and the clean aftertaste, it is not like sake. The streets around the brewery are also very nice!
