- morkzgTaru sake. Apple, wood, and tatami floors. Fairly straightforward for a taru sake. Palate continues the theme, but with a gentle sweetness of pears and orchard fruits. Fairly typical flavours of wood and cedar. Finish is medium, with a tingly acidity to finish up. Good, refreshing, but also a little heavy on the word to be truly a good, light sipping sake. 3.75/5
