ひっさんThis is the first hiyaoroshi I've had from Tamagawa.
When it was just out of the fridge, it had a strong alcohol taste and was not very rich, but as it warmed up, it developed a full, rich, Tamagawa-like umami flavor😍.
I think this will be much better when heated 😙.
But I think I prefer the Yamahai Junmai 😅.
