This is the edge of my favorite series of Katsuyama Dinsho.
I think this is the third bottle.
It has a good balance of rice flavor, fullness, and sharpness.
It is delicious and perfect as a food sake, but it is not very cost-effective, or at about 1,800 yen, I would rather drink another sake.
Katsuyama Dedication is expensive but worth it. En is a good alternative.
