It is sweet and smooth, but there is a bit of sake bitterness at the end so it doesn't end up too sweet. The alcohol content is 11-12. It is good if you are more than a little bit of a sake drinker. It's not an entry-level drink for those who don't like sake at all.
I finally found it. There are surprisingly few places that sell this kind of major sake, and you can gradually come to expect that this is probably the place to go if you want to get into the market. However, I would like to see a wider selection.
