I've been hearing a lot of good things about Urasato lately, and this one seems to be the test brewing URAZATO prototype 3 lol.
It's 12 degrees alcohol, but it's quite tasty with a strong umami and sweetness!
I'll have to check it out in the future! (Hikokazu)
