At the 1st Kumamoto Off-line meeting, we asked everyone what they would like to drink 👂 One of the 2 brands that honda-san wanted to try 💫.

Yamadanishiki (special grade Yamada Nishiki) (new rice produced in Tojo, Tokushu A)
Mild ginkoku (aroma of gin)
After drinking sweet Kinjaku, it feels light and dry. 😂
I imagined it would have a classical taste, but it has a beautiful rice flavor and is not grain-like, so I wanted to pair it with croquettes. I would like to pair it with croquettes 😋.
My favorite sake of the day 😋.
