久しぶりに呑んだけど、古巣に帰ったような安定感。かつお節がかかったクリームチーズとの相性は良い。
Dry, with crisp tangy grassy finish and a bit of an alcohol flavored punch.
Good pairing with sashimi
Too strong for anago tempura, maybe not well suited for the batter
Pretty good with “oyster Yuba ponzu jelly” 牡蠣湯葉ポン酢ゼリー
and with baked oyster & tomato 牡蠣カクテル焼 🦪🍅
