I got into the spirit of things and took a picture with the Leica Q2. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've never had Hananoka Sake Brewery's sake, but I've been looking forward to it because of the great PR at my favorite liquor store. It was released today, so I rushed to buy it. The paisley-like geometric pattern on the etiquette gives it an unknown feel. The moment I peeled off the sticker and applied a little force to the large head of the sake lid, the lid flew open like a champagne bottle, and smoke of flavor silently rose from my mouth. A little bit of cork and a cloudy water color. Small bubbles live on the inside of the glass. The aroma is fruity, like pears, with a hint of calpis from the natural yeast. At this point, I was convinced that this was a delicious sake. In the mouth, fresh gas stimulates the oral cavity in a good rhythm. This is not a sparkling sake! After that, a slight bitterness and a refined sweetness rush in and then pass away. Yes, it tastes exactly like a pear. Or rather, it is the very nuance of a pear itself. It's right up my alley. This is too good to be true. It's so good that it's going to be hard to find. I'm honored to be there on the birthday of my favorite sake.

It's ubusuna. It's a sake I'm interested in. It seems to be the lineup of Hananouka.

Hiedano-san Good morning ☀️. Sakenowa soil first to open the bottle 👍️. That's a stellar compliment 😉.

Mr. kzsh1017 It seems that this brand is the only one to be sold outside of Kumamoto prefecture. Hananouka was withdrawn at the end of November.

Good morning, honda-san! Well, it was a morning full of speed: I entered the store at the same time it opened, bought it immediately, opened the bottle immediately, and drank it immediately! It was one of my personal favorites, so I was honestly happy!
