Denshu純米酒70古城錦
ぽん酢I bought it at a nearby liquor store for 1300 yen. It's dry as well as the sake I drank before, but it's a little sharper than it. The rice polishing ratio is 70%. I thought that the higher the rice polishing ratio, the sweeter the core and the more elegant the taste, but this is elegantly sweet even at 70. I wondered if this was the reason why it was such a good sake. Or so I thought. I would drink as many bottles as I could if they would sell it at this price. 3.5
