Very aromatic Sake. Definitely smells and tastes like bananas, with apples and sweet rice aromas and flavors as well. It’s very surprising at first. It kind of punches your palate (in a pleasant way). The finish is slow, accompanied with sweet and savory tastes. There is a slightly fruity and sweet aftertaste. A bit of texture too (not silk. More like cotton?)
