It was a rare opportunity for me to drink sake with my sake-loving relatives. We were told that 80% of Shinsei is sold to restaurants and 20% to individuals, so it is not easy to get a bottle of it unless you have the Corona disaster.
This is the third of the three types.
It is clear, transparent, and free of any unwanted flavors. It has a very high level of quality.
