- morkzgEarthy and grainy on the nose. Slight fruity, bubblegum aromas and apple. Some lactic acid notes. Not very aromatic or complex. Suggestions of aging? Some Hine. Very light and crisp mouthfeel, but with good earthiness and biscuity flavours. Very faint hints of apple over earthy umami. Short, clean finish. This has got to be good warm. Bit underwhelming chilled. 3.25/5 3.75/5 warmed.
