The description said it was the fifth year of trying it, and unusually for Kaze no Mori, it was also blended with old sake.
At first, when we opened it up, it had a refreshing scent that was typical of Kaze no Mori, and when we drank it cold, the sourness was delicious.
The next time I drank it lukewarm with a sticker on it, I was surprised.
At first the smell got stronger and after one sip, the sourness crept in like a lemon and it was delicious.
I'm getting more and more addicted to the sake swamp.
