Sake from Ibaraki. It is smooth and easy to drink, but the aroma of chitin remains. Not too sweet, but not too spicy. Just right sake.
I thought it was just right, but I was told that the sweetness and spiciness level is dry +4.
It is not unpleasantly spicy. It is very elegant.
Sake from Ibaraki is elegant and delicious.
I have that impression. I would drink it every day.
