DevidSake from a brewery that moved from Nakatsugawa to Higashikawa-cho, Hokkaido.
Aroma of wood. It has a complex taste with a sweet and spicy flavor and a little bit of alcohol.
It is not easy to find Sanzen Sakura, but I happened to stop by Sunagawa SA and got it!
