I visited Rikisen Shuzo and purchased it. After talking to the brewer, we purchased it. The brewer told us to dilute it to our liking because it is a very strong sake, but this time we drank it as it was.
It has a deep sweet aroma of rice with a hint of sourness. It has a classic rice flavor rather than a fruity one.
The color is quite yellow. The sake rice is 100% Omachi.
The mouthfeel is gentle, but you can feel the stimulation of alcohol. It has a classic sake taste, but the gentle sweetness and acidity make it quite easy to drink.
