Nihonshu punk
A Junmai-shu I really love. It was the umami and the taste of rice that I fell in love with when I first started drinking sake. I don't need fruits and flowers to sell me on a good bottle of Nihonshu. I love a good Junmai with a good earthy taste! Absolutely beautiful!
