The lady at the liquor store asked me
Last year she asked me if it's ok that there are some oily bits in the first squeezings of gikyo ⁉️ and I said it's ok 😊...
This year, she asked me ⁉️ if it's ok that there are more orioles than usual 😁😁.
It really was delicious with a lot of orizumi involved 😊.
This sake also tastes better after 4-5 days 🐴.
